Responsibilties

1. Ensure schedukes are received, analyses and monitored for all customers within the team

2. Ensure customer requirements are converted into a feasible master production  suhedule

3. Ensure also that the appropriate suppliers are properly scheduled based upon the purchase requirements output

4. oversee the formulation of a monthly, weekly production plan for all production areas, taking into all material availability, capacity constraints and stock holdings

5. Review capacity utilization against forecasted sales

6. Oversee the production output against the given plan and analyses basic failures to achieve set requirements.

Qualifications

1. Male / Female , age 40 years or more

2. Bachelor is degree or higher related field

3. Working experience at least 10 years

4. Aluminum extrusion or Automotive experience with IATF16949 would be desirable

5. Strong to managing a production planning ang control team

6. Bring to directors attention any potential future customer supply failures

7. Great organizational skills, as well as timekeeping and attendance

8. Strong and effective communicator with a positive attitude to colleagues

9. Self - motivated and able to take initiative
